Experience changes how you see a problem.
PolicyBridge is an independent public policy and regulatory advisory. We work with businesses facing policy and regulatory questions that require more than an understanding of the rules.
We work with businesses facing policy and regulatory questions that cannot always be answered by reading the rules. Our approach draws on experience working with companies, government, and industry institutions, particularly when emerging business models raise questions that existing policies do not adequately address.
We examine the business problem, understand the concerns of the institutions involved, and help management decide how to proceed.
Why We Started PolicyBridge
Policy information is more accessible than ever.
Yet an important question remains: what should management do with that information?
A company’s business rationale may be sound. But the government, regulators, consumers, and industry institutions may view the same issue differently.
Understanding those differences, questioning assumptions, and developing a credible response requires experience and judgement.
That is the work PolicyBridge was established to undertake.
Experience Behind Our Approach
Our approach is informed by work across several industries and different types of policy challenges.
Healthcare: Work on policy questions surrounding emerging surgical-care models, including an industry code addressing patient care, healthcare professionals, partner hospitals, insurance, and grievance handling.
Digital gaming: Industry advocacy and work on responsible advertising and self-regulation during periods of increasing regulatory scrutiny.
Education: Research and policy work concerning India’s developing digital education ecosystem.
Tourism: Policy work concerning emerging homestay models and the institutional questions surrounding their growth.
These examples illustrate our experience. They do not define the limits of our work.
